Our designer will review your photo and instruction carefully with their experience and talents. After that, we will give you quota charge on your photo edit request.

We only proceed to deal with your photos when you paid for your order. If your instruction is ambiguous or going beyond technical limit, or, if you photo is really awful for any retouch efforts (e.g. too small, or too dark), we will reject your order and will not ask for any prepaid.

Our reference criterion is according to your first time requires you proposed on order instruction. If your next requires beyond or different from first requires, we can object.
